After earning a degree in Intercultural Communications and then living overseas for much of his adult life, Paul Wright has learned a lot about adjusting to other cultures and getting things done in another country. These experiences led him to found Charter Expat Services. Paul desires to use his experience to help other expats thrive in Tashkent. Too many expats miss out on the advantages of their overseas assignment because they are burdened down with the weekly challenges of living in a new place. Paul and his local team want to relieve some of that pressure so that expats can appreciate the amazing city where they live.
